Turquoise Adventure
Mission: Today I needed to go to a leather shop in the International District of Seattle to find a length of leather that could be made into a belt to hold this buckle (inquiries for a more local solution to said belt were fruitless).
I don't believe in coincidence, so I have to believe that
God really blessed today concerning the details
(and impromptu visit with Sal!) Yay!:
1. Got a surprise visit with Sal!
2. Found length of leather for a reasonable price
3. Got recommendation to belt maker at Pike Place Market
4. Found great parking spot
5. Sarah was an awesome shopper today and very patient
6. Found belt vendor just fine
7. Had wonderful lunch with Sarah overlooking the lake on a beautiful, chilly afternoon
8. Drove back up to Marysville without Sarah falling asleep
9. Sarah is getting a good "real" nap before Body Life tonight
10. Final product is fun and funky - Thanks for the Christmas gift Joy!
